CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CLASS OF 2024!

We look forward to you, your family, and friends joining us in celebration of your academic accomplishment at your Graduation Ceremony at the APG Federal Credit Union Arena at Harford Community College.

Seating & Accessibility

Seating in the venue is on folding chairs, backed bleacher seating, and also backless bleacher seating. The top row of the Arena is reserved for limited mobility and wheelchair spaces. There is an elevator in the building with lower level access and wheelchair spaces on the lower level as well. All other seating is accessed by steps. Those with limited mobility can be dropped off at the front door while their party parks the car. A sign language interpreter will be available for each graduation ceremony. Please sit your party on the right side of the Arena, in section “B,” when facing the stage. Please contact the Arena with any additional questions.

Other Reminders

We anticipate a full house so we ask that you fill in seats, not leaving empty seats between parties, and refrain from saving seating.
Please remember to leave all noisemakers, balloons, large signs, and strollers at home or in your vehicle for after the ceremony as you will not be permitted to bring those items into the venue.

Know Before You Go

Please read the following for important information about the Graduation Ceremonies coming this year. Each ceremony will begin at the scheduled time and doors will open 1 hour before the event time unless otherwise stated on the ticket. Seating is general admission. We encourage you to come early for the best available seating. Make sure you bring your ticket for entry and allow plenty of time for arrival due to anticipated heavy traffic.

The following will provide you some helpful information as you prepare for the upcoming event at our venue.

PARKING: Parking is free. Simply park in a lined space, and if you park in an accessible parking space, you must have the appropriate hangtag displayed. Click here for a campus parking map .
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Please take note of the following items which are NOT permitted in the Arena. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.
1. Balloons, confetti, rice, or noisemakers
2. Outside food or beverage
3. Folding chairs
4. Strollers
5. Knives, pepper spray, or weapons of any kind
6. Please, no taping signs to Arena walls
Tobacco and Smoke Free Campus: Please remember that Harford Community College is a SMOKE-FREE/ TOBACCO-FREE campus. This includes the Arena, around the Arena, and our parking lots.
Accessibility: The Arena provides a convenient drop off and pick up area at the main entrance of the Arena for guests. There is an elevator in the Arena if you wish to use it. Please contact the Arena ahead of time (443-412-2189) with any accessibility requests, concerns, or questions.
